Yorkville police responded to a reported hit and run that occurred at 3:38 p.m. at Cannonball and Galenda. An unknown vehicle rear-ended another and left the scene.
*Friday, March 8*
*Possession of ammunition with no FOID card*
William J. Herrington, 38, of the 300 block of Mulhern Court, Yorkville, was arrested at 4:48 p.m. at East Kendall Drive and Mulhern Court and charged with possession of ammunition with no FOID card, said Yorkville police. He was also charged with driving on a suspended license and operating an uninsured vehicle.
*Driving with revoked license*
Deon C. Ross, 32, of the 400 block of Avon Street, Aurora was arrested at 2:45 p.m. at Galena Road and Kennedy Road and charged with driving with a revoked license, said Yorkville police. Reported by Patch 8 hours ago.
