Aurora Prosecution Wants to Use Holmes' Jail Video

The prosecution seeking the death penalty against James Holmes in the Aurora theater shooting case want to see what he's been doing in jail so that they can possibly use it against him during the penalty phase of trial if he is found guilty by a jury.
