D. Rico Munn was the near-unanimous choice of the Aurora Public Schools District Board of Education as the district’s new superintendent, the Aurora Sentinel reports. The board voted 6-1 Monday for Munn to take over the district July 1, when the current superintendent, John Barry, is due to leave the post.
