Toronto, Canada (PRWEB) November 03, 2014

Bremont Homes (http://www.BremontHomes.com), the Greater Toronto Area’s finest home building company, is excited to announce the beginning of construction on its Noblewood and Forest Edge projects.

Noblewood is located in an exclusive enclave and will feature new estate homes in Brampton, while the Forest Edge Project will feature exclusive new homes in Innisfil along a private cul-de-sac near Lake Simcoe.

“After months and months of planning, Bremont Homes has finally broken ground on two of our most exciting projects,” Gary Breda, president of Bremont Homes. “The Noblewood and Forest Edge projects are in two completely different cities, but both share parallel levels of exclusivity that we bring to building custom homes.”

“Breda explains that the Noblewood construction project will feature estate homes in Brampton, while Forest Edge residents will enjoy new homes in Innisfil near Lake Simcoe. Both construction projects will showcase their own style of luxury and emphasize the location of each project, which are key to their attractiveness.

“The Noblewood project is just off Queen Street, in an enclave of Springbrook hidden from plain view, but still close enough to make it convenient for travel and other amenities,” he adds. “Twenty-eight estate homes will be built to make up Noblewood, differing from the Forest Edge project, which is outside of the GTA near Lake Simcoe and will be high luxury all the way.”

According to Breda, the estate homes in Brampton will have 40- and 50-foot lots in an English manor and French chateaux architectural style, which includes nine-foot ceilings. The new homes in Forest Edge, meanwhile, will feature large windows and decorative columns, in addition to access to Georgian Downs and the Big Cedar Golf and Country Club.

“Both projects are attractive for different reasons, but each offer the luxury that’s become associated with Bremont Homes,” Breda concludes. “An appointment to view either project can be scheduled by visiting the Bremont Homes web site.”
