The Aurora air traffic center where a contractor set a fire late last month, causing a Chicago groundstop and major delays across the country, has reopened at full capacity early this morning. The transition is not expected to be completed until sometime Tuesday, as Federal Aviation Administration officials will remain to see the en route center back to normal operations, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.
