Utah has a new Miss Outstanding Teen. Savvy Sorensen, a junior at North Sevier High, was crowned Saturday night. Among other things, she's an All-American Top Ten cheerleader, on the honor roll and a nominee for The National Honor Society. She hails from Aurora, Utah.
