Cherry Logistics Brings Charles Mensah Aboard to Steer Operations, Expansion and Oversee Upgrade of Service Platform
CHICAGO, Ill. (PRWEB) August 26, 2014
Cherry Logistics, a performance leader in comprehensive facilities maintenance, today announced that it has appointed Charles A. Mensah to the position of Executive Vice President.
Mensah succeeds Keith Nielsen, who recently retired from the position. He will report to Michael Healy, principal of the company, and will oversee strategic direction, day-to-day operations and expansion of the company. Mensah's appointment comes as the company is upgrading its service platform. Cherry Logistics will leverage Mensah’s background in change management, team building, brand optimization and oversight of corporate consolidations from disparate systems to common operating platforms.
“I am thrilled that Charles will head our team,” said Healy. “He shares our values and focus on innovation, and places the same strong emphasis as we do on the entire customer experience. Charles is an extraordinary leader and brings a wealth of experience and insight to this position.”
“It is an honor for me to serve in this role. I am delighted to work with Mike and our leadership team in this capacity to further refine and develop our strategy and service delivery for the future,” said Mensah. “Our vision is more compelling now than it has ever been and I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the future success of Cherry Logistics.”
