This week in a company-wide bulletin, Graebel announced to its global workforce that Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide, Inc., and Graebel Movers International, Inc. have been named finalists for the Forum for Expatriate Management’s (FEM) 2014 Asia Pacific (APAC) EMMA Awards. Graebel Relocation is a finalist in two categories: Relocation Management Company of the Year and Thought Leadership Survey or Research Study of the Year. Graebel Movers International, Inc. is a qualifier for International Moving Company of the Year. Founded in October 2008, FEM was formed to unite the global mobility community with up-to-the minute online news and networking opportunities for mobility professionals.
23 EMMA awards will be presented to corporations and service providers based on an independent judging panel selected by FEM. Results will be revealed at the FEM APAC Global Mobility Summit awards gala that will take place in Singapore on October 14, 2014.
This year marks the first time that the Company has been nominated for an EMMA Award in the APAC region. In the Americas’ regional EMMA Awards in 2013, Graebel Relocation was recognized as Relocation Management Company of the Year; and, Graebel Movers International, Inc. achieved the Highly Commended proclamation in the International Moving Company of the Year category. Each division also received the Americas' silver EMMA awards in their respective categories in 2012.
Graebel is also a sponsor of the Best Global Mobility Program in the Technology Media category. Dell, Discovery Communications and Ericsson Australia PTY Ltd are EMMA finalists.
