Governor David Dewhurst and State Senator Dan Patrick are scheduled to square off before a shared home audience tonight in a debate hosted by the Houston Chronicle and Texas Public Media. The event begins at 7 p.m. Central on May 2 and will be available on a variety of broadcast formats.The debate will be moderated by Craig Cohen (executive producer/host of Houston Matters on Houston Public Media News) along with panelists Mary Benton (general assignments news reporter; KPRC-TV); Joe Holley (Native Texan columnist/editorial writer at the Houston Chronicle); and Aurora Losada (editor of La Voz de Houston/Houston Chronicle and LaVoztx.com).
