Three Charged with Retail Theft, Alcohol Possession

Patch Oswego, IL --

Three young men between the ages of 19 and 20 were arrested Saturday evening and charged with retail theft and the possession of alcohol by a minor, said Oswego police.

The incident occurred at 8:05 p.m. in the 2700 block of Route 34. The three men arrested and charged were:

· Jesse Romero, 19, of the 600 block of South Webster, Aurora;
· Ricardo Martinez, 20, of the 200 block of North Loucks, Aurora; and
· Victor Fonseca Jr., 19, of the 200 block of South Smith, Aurora.

They reportedly stole $58.67 worth of merchandise from the business. They are scheduled in court on March 8 after posting personal recognizance bond.
