Aurora Health Care has completed a $116 million refinancing that will save the Milwaukee-based system $13 million in interest costs over the next 22 years. Aurora reduced its interest rate to an average of 5.19 percent from a range of 6.4 percent to 6.875 percent on the 2003 bonds that were refinanced, said Dennis Reilly, executive director of the Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority. Aurora’s bond issue received “stable outlook” designations from both Fitch and Moody’s.…
